Starting Retatrutide at 1mg/week and titrating up to 4mg over 16 weeks. Triple agonist (GLP-1/GIP/glucagon). Combined with 500kcal deficit and 4x/week lifting to preserve muscle. Tracking weight, waist circumference, and fasted glucose weekly.
Down 19 lbs in 14 weeks so far. Appetite suppression kicked in hard at 2mg. Mild nausea weeks 5-6 during the 2mg→3mg jump — ginger tea helped. Energy levels actually improved. Bloodwork trending positive on all metabolic markers. Still running.
