Running BPC-157 250mcg 2x daily sub-Q near my shoulder plus TB-500 2mg 2x/week for systemic healing. Had a nagging rotator cuff tear that wasn't responding to PT alone. Got this stack idea from multiple r/Peptides threads and a Ben Greenfield podcast.
Pain dropped from 7/10 to 2/10 by week 3. Full ROM returned by week 5. Sleep also improved — not sure if that's TB-500 or placebo. Would absolutely run this again for any soft tissue injury.
